This document describes what data Innovation Lab receives through the website and how it is handled. It is a template: before publication it should be reviewed by a lawyer and aligned with applicable data protection law.
What we collect
Through the contact form we receive a name, company name, phone number or email address, the selected area of interest and a description of the task. We do not ask for — and ask you not to submit — third-party personal data, documents or trade secrets through the form.
Why we need it
The data is used only to reply to the enquiry, discuss the task and prepare a proposal. We do not pass it to third parties and do not use it for mailings without separate consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept until the conversation is closed and for a reasonable period afterwards, so the context can be recovered. On request we delete the data earlier.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising trackers. If web analytics is added later, this section will be extended with the services used and the opt-out options.
Your rights
You may request information about your data, its correction or deletion. Write to the address given in the contact section.
